Recovia Business Management Pvt. Ltd. is a B2B financial platform designed to help MSMEs and enterprises manage overdue payments, reduce credit risk and streamline dispute resolution. The goal was to transform a traditional service-based financial business into a fully scalable SaaS platform — with a marketing website, user dashboard and admin panel working together as one complete digital ecosystem.
Recovia had no centralised system to manage overdue payments. Follow-ups with defaulters were manual, time-consuming and inconsistent. Businesses had no structured dashboard to track settlements, and there was no transparency in dispute resolution. Scaling operations across multiple clients was impossible without a proper platform.
We built a multi-layer SaaS platform: a marketing website for plan discovery and purchase, a user dashboard where businesses add clients and track settlements, and an admin panel for Recovia's team to monitor all records and manage workflows. Razorpay handles plan payments, JWT secures authentication, and the entire system automates what was previously done manually.
